Novo is starting out 2009 with a full bar in addition to our extensive wine list and our eclectic beer list. We are open till MIDNIGHT Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays offering a full bar, tapas, desserts, espresso drinks and artisan teas. Come join us on our heated patios overlooking the creek in downtown SLO.



The different menus at NOVO give you the best of both worlds - variety and dependability. The salads, satays (grilled, skewered meats) and a few other favorite dishes are constants on the menu, and are available from open to close.
